Chocolate cake



2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp cacao
1 cup soy/almond milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp tahini
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips (option)

mix dry ingredients, add wet. pour 1 cup of boiling water and keep mixing. bake for 40-45 min at 350.

My health bran muffin


Ingredients:
1.5 cups wheat bran
1 cup soy milk
1/3 cup veggie oil
1 egg ( or 1 tbsp ground flax seed+3 tbsp water mixed together)
2/3 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp vanilla flavor
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup ground pecans
1/4 cup ground oats
1 shredded carrot
1 cup wet raisins

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375
-mix oat bran and milk and let stand for 10 min.
-mix the dry ingredients.
- beat egg with sugar, honey, oil and vanilla. add to the bran mix.
-add carrot
-add the dry mix and stir well.
-add raisins.

Bake for 18 min. enjoy!
