2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp cacao
1 cup soy/almond milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp tahini
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips (option)
mix dry ingredients, add wet. pour 1 cup of boiling water and keep mixing. bake for 40-45 min at 350.
